This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle refund, return, and cancellation requests for purchases made on our website, including digital products, memberships, and physical merchandise.


1. Digital Products (Videos, Photo Sets, Downloads)

Due to the instant access nature of digital products and to protect our contributors’ intellectual property, all sales of digital content are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Video downloads
  • Digital photo sets
  • Exclusive online media
  • Access to restricted member-only content

Exceptions:
If your purchase cannot be accessed due to a verified technical issue (e.g., download failure, file corruption), please contact us within 7 days of purchase and weโ€™ll either restore access or offer a one-time replacement.


2. Memberships & Subscriptions

Your membership grants access to restricted or premium content on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual).

  • Auto-renewals: Your membership auto-renews unless canceled before the next billing date. You can cancel at any time in your My Account > Subscriptions area.
  • Refunds: Once access to exclusive content is granted, membership fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel mid-term.
  • Failed payments: If your payment fails or is reversed, access to membership content will be paused until resolved.

Note: EU/UK consumers are not entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period once digital content or services are made available immediately after purchase, per Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.


3. Physical Products (Merchandise, Prints, etc.)

If you purchase physical items (e.g., branded apparel, art prints), our policy is as follows:

  • Returns: You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first to receive return instructions.
  • Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are used, damaged, or missing components.
  • Refunds: Upon receiving your return and inspecting it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are the buyerโ€™s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if needed

5. Chargebacks & Abuse

We take fraud and abuse seriously. Unwarranted chargebacks (especially after accessing adult digital content) may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension
  • Blacklisting from future purchases
  • Legal action if necessary
